Establish a game night with my family once a week
Spend time with God every day
Have a date night with my spouse once a week
Intentionally reach out to a friend or family member once a week (in person, email, phone call, or zoom meeting)
Read/listen to a new book once a week
Develop a sustainable exercise routine
Cook something new for my family once a month
Include self-care activities in my schedule at least once a week
Take an art class
Volunteer somewhere once a week
On the path toward healing, adding new ways to improve our health—emotionally, mentally, physically, spiritually, and relationally—is important.
Continuing to change and grow is what this process is all about.
